Good Points

Quiet location, but close to Maspalomas centre and the Faro shopping centre. Large swimming pools with unique design.


Bad Points

Apartments in need of renovation and especially a lick of paint inside! Bathrooms also very poor with half-sized bath and black grouting around the tiles -- mmm nice.


General Comments

Maspalomas, Green Golf Apartments -- We arrived at the apartments in March 2004 and to be honest I was a little disappointed before we had even gotten off the coach. The entrance doesn't exactly look up to much - the gates leading to the apartments are rusty and have lots of steps.
We were allocated our room and off we trekked -- only to find our aapartment was right up the other end of the complex -- even though it was low season and most around it was empty. It was obvious it hadn't been cleaned for a while as there was sand and dust everywhere. So, off I went to complain. I was given the key to another apartment in a much better location -- right next to the main pool which was much better furnished and in better nick! Why they prefered this to be empty I don't know... All-in-all we had a fantastic time, and to be fair the accommodation isn't the be all and end all. Especially as the pool area is much better maintained than the apartments -- which is where we spent a great deal of time. If you are disappointed with the accommodation allocated, I urge you to go to Reception and complain.
