Bad Points
I am on my third one in my 7 months of service. They are very unreliable, I can't get service anywhere. About 2 weeks into my third one, the ringer doesn't work, nor does the vibrate feature.
General Comments
If T-Mobile still offers this Nokia 3390 mobile phone avoid it at all costs. I keep having to call them, and having them send new ones. Upgrade to samsung or something else... nokia phones aren't really any good.
