Good Points

Looks great on it's own, so modding can only improve! Great economy if sensible and great fun if not.


Bad Points

1.6 engine does have a few flat points lower down the revs. But this is fixed with a £40 EcoTek valve.


General Comments

Noticed the Peugeot 206 wasn't mentioned here... why?? It's the greatest car since the 106 GTi!

Finally got enough money to buy a brand new 206 XSi and what a car! It's so quiet and refined when the revs are low, but take them up and it becomes a beast!

Everything about this car is great - the main thing being you get most of the GTi styling for the XSi insurance cost! AND the chasis is pretty much the same so when you hit 25yrs old you can drop in the GTi180 engine no probs.
