Excellent interest rates (comapared with elsewhere) and instant access - no catches!

General Comments

The ING Direct account is simple to run, offers arguably the most competitive interest rates for any savings account currently on the market and you have instant access to your money.

You can have up to 10 accounts all with the same high rate of interest and each can be given "nicknames" to save you trying to remember which account number is for what purpose.

A great bank with easy access and friendly people at the end of the phone, just in case you can't get to your computer to move your money around yourself or have any questions that don't seem to be answered online. This has only happened to me once since opening my accounts over a year ago.

I see no reason to bank anywhere else!
