General Comments

The Air Arms Jackal High Power is rubbish. Save yourself the money and go buy a bag of pea-gravel from the hardware store, then throw them one at a time - you're probably more accurate and more powerful. This gun is a joke.

Dear Carlvp Since your comment is dated April 2004, I welcome you to the 21st Century. What did you expect from a 1980 air-rifle ? These Sussex Armoury sidelever rifles were very much appreciated in their time and where quite reliable for what airgun technology permitted at that time. The distaste for the ABS stock is shared by many, including myself, but it was a product much sought in the 80s. This rifle is mostly a collector's item these days and in fact the range consisted of the Khamsin, Mistral, Bora, Camargue, SE90, Jackal Hi-Power, AR7, Woodstock and Paratrooper.

I disagree with this review because...
You must be using the cheapest rubbish pellet you could scrape enough money out of the gutter for.
You must really have mis used this little gem, are you shore you pointing it the right way ( the scope should be at the top) - also try cocking it before you pull the trigger.
You most likely never used or owned one and fancied writting some fiction for your own kicks. Before you write any more get a brain and some hands on experience.
