General Comments

I bought these Babyliss 2026u Trevor Sorbie Solid Ceramic straighteners in November 2003 as they were solid ceramic and at £50 thought I couldn't go wrong as other ceramic straighteners were retailing at £70 and above. As soon as I got home I tried them out right away but as well as snagging my hair, they left it fluffy and flyaway. I thought that I might be doing somthing wrong, so I gave them a chance (5 months to be exact), but to no avail, and thought I was stuck with my curly ringlets (which are not thick, might I add). Until one day when a friend offered to use her straighteners on me to which I said they won't work, but to my suprise they did and my hair was left straight and silky (she has kodos).

I then went one better and purchased a set of UKH digital infrared straighteners with ionic tecnology from www.ukhairdressers.com, they did set me back £79 but worth every penny.

From the reviews that I have read about these Babyliss straighteners, they work on some people but not on others, but the question is can you afford £50 to find out that they don't work on you, you might as well spend that extra £30 or so to get a good quality set wich are guaranteed to work.
