It was a good price. It has a good battery life.
Bad Points
The iriver has a slow USB, way slower then the ipod which has the faster USB connection. iriver's microphone broke within two weeks upon purchasing.
General Comments
Pretty much the only good thing about the IRIVER IFP-140 portable mp3 player is that it is sold at a good price and has a great battery life. Besides this it stinks. Bottom line, the ipod is ten times what the iriver could ever amount to.
