Cheap Domains and Cheap Low Spec Hosting


Bad Points

Automated Accounts Service - Takes money off your credit card even if you have cancelled the account.

After Sales Service Almost non existence. Staff untrained unknowledgable and rude.


General Comments

I hosted three OneAndOne accounts and six domains with OneAndOne for nearly three years. The sites grew too big for OneAndOne's web hosting package.

I asked to cancelled (they claim that you can cancel at any time) I asked to cancel as soon as possible on the 3rd of February. It is now the 5th of April and they still haven't cancelled them.

I have spent over FIVE HOURS on hold and chatting to their support team over this time.

I have recieved over THIRTY-FIVE emails aboout this issue and they still invoice me now for accounts I do not have!

I am now seriously looking into legal proceedings against OneAndOne with the Citizens' Advice people.

I would strongly advise everyone not to host with OneAndOne, they are cheap but can cost your company lots in administration time.

So far they have cost me over £1,000 in lost hours.
