Good Points

The Tea Party's thought provoking lyrics at it's best.

Bad Points

The exclusion of foreign instruments is kind of sad, but not detrimental.

General Comments

The Tea Party has to be my favorite band, and The Interzone Mantras is a perfect example of why. Their lyrics are brilliant, their music is like no other band out there. This disc contains a wide range of songs from the absolutely beautiful "Requiem" to the haunting "Apathy" to the energetic "Lullaby". This CD is definately high rotation for anyone interested in overcoming the massed produced rubbish coming out of the music industry these days.

RAN: The Tea Party - The Interzone Mantras (2001)
Australia is The Tea Party's biggest market outside of Canada. It wasn't until the insanely average Heaven Coming Down that they saw any kind of success in the US.

This CD, in my opinion is one of The Tea Party's best to rock out to. If you are really into the Middle Eastern influenced morrocan-roll type music, this CD is for you.
