General Comments
I recieved my o2 x1 mobile phone handset for christmas and have recently had to have it repaired. Firstly, the phone freezes quite alot which is really annoying when you've just typed a text message!Secondly the texting itself is very slow!Also the display on the flip screen has gone off and i cant get it back on.Then the backlight was going faulty, turning on and off when it pleased. And to top it off it has very poor reception as i recieve text messages weeks after they have been sent!!!It would be good value for money if there were not these probs with it!
