Customer service- They hang up on you.
Goods - Came out of box damaged needing repair
Repair - I spent $400 repairing my "three-year warranty" computer


General Comments

Out of box, MY CyberPower Inc. Xtreme Gamer Platinum Pro case was damaged and motherboard not screwed down. Blatant lie about computer system being tested for 72 hous prior to being shipped, as computer crashed to restart continuously. Soon after solving this problem (about a week of trying to get ahold of and be helped by customer service), the RAM died on me. Soon after that the video card died on me. Both were replaced with parts in even worse shape. I had to buy my own repairs. After being on hold for over half hour (standard) I was told that I had damaged my new video card ("Did you run over it with your car, orstep on it," I was rudely asked, then he hangs up. Customer service...) Please stay away from this company, don't let this happen to you.
