Yardbirds, Birdland Review: The old songs are brought...”

Good Points
Some old some new missing some of the great members but its a great album! Not a tired retread but the best return of a foundation of rock! I dig it and so should you. There is too little of rock and roll today. These guys brought back some sunshine without being a tired retread. Listen to it and enjoy a beautiful legacy that is still vibrant.

Bad Points
Clapton and Page are missing a chance to come back to the basics with a great group. The guests did a great job.

General Comments
Yardbirds, Birdland Review: The old songs are brought back fresh and are not hack retreads. The new songs are what true rock and roll is all about and thats something there is a shortage of today. A great revival. I miss the blues that are the basis of rock and roll. Its time for a true revival. These guys provide some pointers!
