General Comments

Just bought the Denon UD-M31 Micro System which was a great decision. Was looking for a good sounding but compact system for music in a large kitchen. Read the rave reviews but had my doubts. Richer Sounds have just reduced price to £185 so chanced my arm. I have matched it with a pair of their Eltax Monitor 3 speakers (lovely budget speakers) and the result is wonderful. Perhaps not quite the bass and power of a full sized system but more than enough and all music so far sounds good....may not have speakers well placed as only on a shelf. Voices (eg Agnus Dei, Kate Melua, Eva Cassidy) sound sublime. With and excellent RDS tuner thrown in, good remote and the systems inputs/outputs, difficult to know how this could be bettered at the price.
