Good Points

- Great Customer Service,
- Great Cross-Boarder Service,
- Great Services Offered.


Bad Points

- Some Days, Delayed Response Time.


General Comments

CAA/AAA is very good, it has improved customer support and response as well as additional services and can go cross-boarder.

With great member services including an unlimited towing (on the membership plus plan), CAA/AAA is definitely the way to go.

During high-demand periods towing services, battery assist or locksmith services can be delayed considerably unfortunately though, but most times they are there within a 30 minutes to 2 hour time frame.
