No good points to summarise
So many little 'claws' in the payment protection.
Seems to be only 1 person on customer services.
Numerous numbers to phone for payment protection claims - passing the book!!
Speak to you like total rubbish!
Been 5 months now and claim still not sorted properly.
Had a car loan with GE Capital Woodchester. After months of payments 'on time and no problems' my husband had operation and was off work sick. He had to make numerous calls to GE Capital as they said they hadn't recieved the claim form (it magically appeared 3 months later).
Customer services speak to you like rubbish and seem to pass the buck all the time, costing us a fortune in phone calls. Been 5 months now and still the payment protection claim is not sorted. Very big 'claws' in the payment protection so that they can get away with paying you no money. They now owe "US" £150.00 as its an overpayment from us and can we get it back off them "NO".
A terrible company - BEST AVOIDED!!!!!!!!
