General Comments

We went to Madam Tussauds last year. Thoroughly recommended. If you stand in a place to get eye contact with the models it gives you a strange sensation.

Try standing very still. After a few minutes, people will come up close to you and say "Who is this one supposed to be ?" - unless you happen to be David Beckham :)

How much does it cost? What times is it open? Is there a group discount? Where about in London is it?

I used to work for Madame Tussauds & loved it the whole time i worked there.

It is a fantastic place to visit but there are some good hints below to help you have a good time:

Make sure you take plenty of camera film with you (This is because I think the over-inflated prices the shop points charge are disgusting! Buy a pack of 12 rolls of film from the argos store on tottenham ct road for £20 instead of paying £7 for one roll of the same brand in the attraction!)& try to go first thing in the morning monday-thursday as this is the most quiet time.

For your own safety & enjoyment remember the Chamber Live section advises over 12's only for a reason. It is waaaaay too scary for anyone younger than this or anyone of a nervous disposition as there are real live actors in there!

LISTEN to what the staff members tell you. If they say you cannot do something don't argue or try to force your way through it is for your own safety. We are often harassed by people who want to go through fire exits & up staff only staircases & when you force your way through we only have to come & rescue you later so do as you are asked in the first place & read the signs that are there for your sake!

If you lose someone or something do not go running back all over the exihibition trying to find them/it go back to the last place you saw them/it & stay there after informing a staff member of the loss. It makes it much easier to reunite persons & belongings/other family members if we know where you are.
