Good Points

Lots of out of the ordinary recipes. Very helpful gas barbecue buyers guide. Lovely clear photographs illustrating the recipes.

General Comments

The Complete Book of Gas Barbecuing by Jim Marks is excellently written,with clear recipes. Nice large script so easy to read when under pressure preparing at the side of the barbecue for those summer parties. Nice clear preparation illustrations and photographs.
