General Comments

Located in Westwood, New Jersey, we bought a set of black bed sheets from Domestic Bin. When we opened them, the fabric was so thin we could see the mattress pattern underneath. The sheets did not fit the bed size they were meant to fit. When we called regarding the procedure to return the product for a refund, they made us jump through a number of hoops including call backs, several times refusing to let us speak to management and listening on the phone while we measured our bed. They were unfriendly, argumentative and unhelpful. While in the end (after hours of trouble with them) we did return the product, they claim that they credited my account though no credit has yet been seen (15 business days after the claimed credit date). And they refused to refund any of the $25 I spent on shipping both ways.
