Good Points
No other car in its price range that even comes close to it in the looks dept,
Fairly good performance for a small engined car,
Strong body.

Bad Points
Reliability is a big issue here:
1. Problem with the timing belt which may snap off without much notice and blow the engine!! May be corrected by changing the buccalite plasticky rollers by metal-reinforced ones.
2. Breathing problems due to sticky Gas Recirculation Valve. I tried adding fuel lubricants and serviced it regularly but all in vain!!

General Comments
Overall, the Vauxhall Tigra is a good buy but if the car is a post-1998 model it's better cos the manufacturer modified the engine to significantly improve the breathing problems.
