Good Points

Ive got a sporting 1.6 8v, a great car when its going right, but like you others have said, when it goes wrong, it goes wrong!!


Bad Points

I wont list the all the repairs ive had to do, but I will list the the major ones!
Starting with the re-conditioned gearbox, clutch and an MOT came to about £1100, then I had the brakes go, which was about £300, had the whole brake system replaced pretty much.
The immobiliser went (which meant I had to be towed) because it wouldnt start!
Fuel pump, air intake pipe, radiator (luckily fixed with radseal, so I didnt need a new one!!)I think thats about it!


General Comments

Overall, the FIAT Punto Sporting 1.6 8v is good value for money, fairly good on petrol and not too bad on the insurance. I would love this car even more if it hadnt broke so much! But I still love it!
