Good Points

Marksman states in their own manual the accuracy is commensurate with the price. The manual says it is sufficient for plinking. The velocity was kept down around 200 feet per second for safety. Serious drop in trajectory after 10 feet. The owners manual states this also. If you are plinking cans, this pistol is fine. If you are competing, You will not be satisfied. It's a good value for the intended purpose and money spent

Bad Points

Low velocity, medium accuracy, but the manufacturer is up front about this. This is a "fun" gun for low cost plinking

General Comments

For $16 at a Wal-mart, you won't find this much fun for this price elsewhere. The Marksman spec. edit. M2005 laserhawk is an entry level pistol. Graduate from here to the $60 -$80 range and get a Daisy 717 or Crosman 1377 and then to the $200 - $270 range with a Webley Tempest or Baikal IZH-46M and you'll see and feel the difference that money makes in quality. The Marksman is a good value for the money spent. It is a BB repeater. 18 BB's in the resevoir. It uses a slide cock to compress the spring. .177 pellets can be loaded one at a time into the barrel using a supplied pellet seater.
