Network Always Busy.
General Comments
I have been using Orange for 18 months now, having changed from Cellnet and at first I was most impressed with both customer service and the overall coverage I was getting as I cover all of Scotland in my job and so good coverage is important.
For some reason this has all changed in the past 6 months and I get numerous dropped calls, many many "busy network" signals and very bad reception at times. I also get my wife's mobile coming up as number not in use and she sometimes gets the same when calling me.
They also say that they offer cheapest calls but then offer OVP plans that give better rates copying other network call plans.
What has happened Orange - why is both your network and customer service going downhill rapidly ???
