General Comments
I read a lot of people saying that there is no place to call for help with the Sansui VRDVD4005 DVD Recorder. It says right in the manual to contact 'custsvc@orionamerica.com' for help. Elaine, the main contact person there, is very nice, but, unfortunately, isn't of much help. She's a padding between you and the service guys who might know.I had to take my unit back because of all the lockups. Memorex
