Good Points
P800 great spec. I use the PDA a lot, it saves me carrying a phone and PDA, Voice answer and dialing good while on the move. Bluetooth handy.

Bad Points
Customer Service of Sony Ericsson bad.
Carphone Warehouse do not want to help.

General Comments
Only after 4 weeks, my Sony Ericsson P800 switched off and would not switch on again, it's been away 3 times for this fault totalling a period of 6 weeks.
