Stylish, professional, reserved. Doesn't have that desperate "I need to screen every call" look by having a cheesy LCD on the outer shell. Reception is top-notch (for a Sprint phone), and, once you're used to the navigatiion, it's all-around quiker to use than anything by Nokia. Everyone constantly asks how to get one, and people are always impressed with a demonstration. I love it.
Bad Points
As with any non-traditional technology, finding the fun perks (i.e. ringtones, screensavers, etc.)is a seemingly futile task. However, I haven't encountered anyone who would argue that its overall benefits don't out-weigh its shortcomings -- walk into any social situation, and 90% of the people in the room have a Nokia, and all can down-load the same ringtones. I have yet to encounter anyone else with an A-400, or anything nearly comparable in style.
General Comments
The Samsung A400 mobile phone - love it or leave it. If you want to melt in to the unoriginal, unexciting world of freebie-looking Nokia phones, welcome to the status quo. However, if you want a fun-to-show-off, well-advanced, well-rounded, and extremely hot looking phone, look around for an A-400 by Samsung.
