Good Points
On line application gives a quick yes, no or maybe.

Bad Points
What a bunch of time wasters! Only use if you have bad credit rating.

General Comments
I recently applied to take care of £2000 balance transfer from another lender, but I was given an initial £200 credit limit, which would not be reviewed for 7 months, by which time the interest rate would be higher than my current lender. As the whole process took around a month, this was a huge waste of time!
