Good Points

Makes large (1.25kg) loaves
Has loads of different programmes (12 standard)
Can save 8 user defined programmes
The bread this machine makes tastes and looks lovely!
Recipe pamphlet (wouldn't describe it as a book, too slim!) is quite good with lots of recipes
Timer feature works really well, I usually wake up to the smell of fresh bread!
Electronic display simple to understand and programme

Bad Points

Seed / raisin dispenser isn't great - it has slats that are always open and if the seeds are too small (eg Poppy seeds etc) they fall straight in and not when they are supposed too!

General Comments

I got this Breville BR8L Anthony Worrell Thompson bread maker in Jan 2004 and haven't bought any shop bought bread since! This machine has all the features that I need and works really well. I would (and have!) recommended it to my friends.

NB have rated service and support as 0 stars as I haven't used the Breville support so can't comment.
