Good Points

Very easy and managable steering. Great braking. Very very comfortable seats all the way around, nice cold a/c front and back. Easy to see displays. The sliding back door windows roll down vertically, very nice feature.

Bad Points

The front shocks seem a little worn at about 60,000 miles, but I guess that's normal wear and tear. Although, I have to be honest in all of the cars I've ever owned I've never purchased a part of the suspension system.

General Comments

The Mazda MPV DX 2.5L V6 is a very nice vehicle, great for family transportation without sacrificing ease of maneuverability and steering performance around curves at high and low speeds as well as ease of parking, not much luggage room, but a luggage rack will take care of that if necessary. I like the color bright red that mine came in, the vehicle has a nice new car look to it, even though it is three years old. At 60,000 miles the van still runs like a champ, smooth acceleration, the automatic transmission doesn't clunk or hesitate at all, and the steering is about the easiest I have ever felt, the brakes feel likes that of a car's, you can't really believe the reviews where the people who do the tests put this van up against full-size minivans, this just won't compare but if you're looking for something between a van and a car then this is the car for you, the 2.5 liter engine is a little underpowered but it still is very swift and when you need to merge onto the freeway the power you need is there for you everytime.
