Good Points

The Reception is ok


Bad Points

Sometimes none of the buttons will work at all
It's huge
Bad quality screen
Terrible camera
Slow as hell
Screen goes on and off when it likes
It can't hold many text messages
The ringtones are practically silent


General Comments

This Motorola T720i truly is the worst mobile phone I have ever owned. How it has not been recalled is beyond me. The ring tones are often too quite to hear, and the phone will sometimes just break for no reason. Mine's been in the repair shop twice much to no avail. If you want my opinion, don't just not buy this phone, NEVER buy Motorola. They are the worst most unreliable phones on the market

    i fully agree with the writer...........Its the worst phone I have ever invested in.....cant hear the ringing at all in a relatively busy area
