The car handling is greatly improved on the previous game and the graphics of your character are improved. Increased number of weapons and the ability to chosen what weapon you want. A sword or a chainsaw, it's up to you.
Sometimes the programming has a glitch or two and the graphics of the pedestrians could be better.
Grand Theft Auto - Vice City is easily the best of the series so far, both graphically, audio quality and in gameplay. The car handling is greatly improved on the previous game and the graphics of your character are improved. Increased number of weapons and the ability to chosen what weapon you want. A sword or a chainsaw, it's up to you.
