Keypad is easy to use. The display is large and uncluttered. Stacks of memory for phonebook and texts. Nice size, slim handset - not too small or too big. Some ringtones are bearable too.

No problems whatsover.
General Comments
Used this Nokia 6210 handset for its third year now, and tried and tested a few more mobile phones since then, but have always reverted back to this faithful old friend. Useful for my laptop modem connection. For a business person, it's perfect, easy and quick to use - no fiddly menus to scroll through, or hidden buttons to accidentally press. Bought one new battery this year (slim) and it's like brand new again. Very professional phone - can't find another to beat it...yet
