General Comments

I would recommend this Samsung E710 mobile phone, being a flip phone without an aerial is superb,as i always used to call people as a result of not locking the keys. The last phone i had was a motorola flip phone and the aerial made it awkward sometimes getting the phone out of a bag or pocket. The external light as a way of notification of recieving a text is brilliant, especially at work. The phones vibrate is also alot more effective than any phone i've had previous which includes nokia's motorola's and sony eriksson. As you can download tones my only real gripe is the choosing of predictive text before you create a new message. If you could set predictive text as the default rather than the old slow way of pressing a button 3 times to get one letter then i would struggle to find any bad points for this phone. If you want a phone with a camera/video recorder and all the standard specifications that come with top of the range new phones then this is for you.
