Good Points

The location of the hotel was quite good it was near to the beach and very close to the nightlife, (even though it was suprisingly quite on a night time).
I would say the rooms were quite spacious and clean.

Bad Points

The hotel does not look very good from the outside, no fancy signs or anything just blends in to the background. The pool was very small and no sunlight due to surrounding hotels. Not very friendly atmosphere and food was disgusting.

General Comments

When we got to the Hotel La Perla we were not very impressed, we had chosen to go there because of the price. It was a lot cheaper than most other hotels and we began to realise why. When we got to the room we were shocked the rooms were quite big and clean, not what we had expected at all.
If the rooms had been dirty I would have not been able to stay there. The hotel guests were mainly younger single people on 18-30 holidays just looking to get drunk all the time.
The food was disgusting we went down for breakfast on the first day and walked straight back out again. There were little party sausages and some cold beans and packet toast. I wouldn't even dared eat any off it. We had breakfast out everyday after that. Thankgood it was not full board !!!!
The pool as very small and overlooked by taller hotels at either side, so no direct sunlight. This however did not bother us as we did not use the pool once. We just went ot the beach every day. The beach is excelent, vey clean and tidy and the weather is always red hot 30+ everyday.
The nightlife is ok, the nightclubs however and not what I expected they are really just pubs that stay open until 6 in the morning. We went to one night club on the out skirts of town once it cost about £20 each and was a right waste of money - Don't do it !!!
If you are looking for a alround good holiday for both day time and night time fun I would recommend Hotel Sol Guadalupe in Magaluf - Majorca.
I would visit Benidorm again but definatley not to the same hotel, and probably when I have a family of my own as I feel it is more for families.

It seems to me as though this person is complaining about nothing. The rooms are lovely and spacious, the balconies are great, the atmosphere is wicked and yeah there are lots of people looking to get drunk but if thats not why you are going, don't stay in the heart of Benidorm! If you are looking for somewhere quieter go to the old town in Benidorm, it's beautiful. But for the fun factor, stay at the Las Perla as its the best way to meet big groups of peeps out there for a good time aged between 20 and 30. Can't wait to go out there again!

I agree that this person is complaining about nothing! You state its for just families and then you state that its people getting drunk everywhere. The fact is Perla caters for everyone. Don not be put off by this comment. The hotel and location is just fantastic!
