General Comments
I have been an Orange customer for 4 years now. I have found that overall their quality of service to be good. Whenever i have had a problem with my phone in the past they have managed to pick the phone up and replace it with another within 48 hours, which has occured 8 times, with only a single time having a problem. Their signal quality over the south of london and the whole of Kent has been excellent and much better than other networks, especially T Mobile.
Their range of phones can be some what annoying as they often do not have the latest phones available on contract, O2 are much better for that.
BUT Orange will allow you to use any other networks contact, ie you can use an O2 contract with Orange providing the service. This allows you to make the most of the cheaper contact alternatives available on O2 and T mobile whilst still recieving Oranges overall package.
The orange customer services can be really annoying at times or exceptionally helpful at others.
Lastly the Orange shop has been a major saviour on many an occasion. When my SPV camera blew up on me the Orange shop changed it for me with their own camera so that i did not have to wait for Orange to get their teckies to go through it all. The people in the Orange shop are really helpful and informative and know about many of the common problems that each phone may have. Interogate them thoroughly and you will get the best phone they have to offer.
Overall Orange does have its problems but then so do all of the networks. Give them a go and you wont be disapointed over all.
