Excellent design, great capacity (I have the 20GB), beautiful feel, great software and integration.
Bad Points
Absolutely none.
General Comments
I love this Apple iPod portable MP3 player so much. I have 2,700 songs on mine so far and endless editing and playlist building with wonderful software makes this the perfect MP3. Bought Bose noise cancelling headphones for the perfect sound.

FM tuner accessory on order - so it comes in the car with me - and as soon as the new travel speakers arrive - I'm sure I'll grab those as well for my office and when I'm travelling!
Tis great! I have about 5000 songs on it + 300 contacts + sync my Outlook calendar with it weekly for major events!
