General Comments
I booked a holiday to Dominican Republic with Lunn Poly costing over £3000 on price match. We paid a deposit over phone. Later discovered, that despite my request were offered by another tour operator. My wife, myself and my teenage son and daughter had been stuck in one twin room. They are refusing to cancel or offer an alternative. As you can imagine, this "holiday of a lifetime" is spoiled already and I can't even be bothered going. To be honest I am disgusted with their attitude. I would advice anybody considering booking with these guys not to do it.. they're a joke.
