Had the Pacific DVD 1002 player for almost a year now and it worked fine to start with. good picture, good sound,easy to use. After about 6 months it started to lock up and have picture break up then wouldnt play some copied stuff. then began to hear of some people taking them back, not once but two or three times so i think the writing is on the wall

If he added in a demuxer or a link to an external one it would be all you needed to rip and hack up a DVD. He's also very responsive to emails.
