Good Points

This is a reliable car - starting first time whatever the weather. Driving seat very comfortable for long drives. Plenty of leg room for passengers. Plenty of storage. Central locking on key.

Bad Points

Black bumpers makes it look slightly old-fashioned.

General Comments

I have had the Toyota Corolla 1.6 T2 automatic, power steering, car from new and have never had any trouble with it. Engine starts first time, every time. Plenty of pull on hills, and very relaxing to drive on long motorway journeys. Good all round visibility, with electrically heated back window and very efficient window washers. Only bodywork needed doing has been because of prangs. I've had it serviced annually with no problems needing sorting. It is roomy inside with plenty of storage - good size glove compartment,large pockets on back of seats (useful for magazines etc.), deep back shelf, centre flip box (useful for rubbish!), door boxes, handy slots for keeping change for toll booths etc. Huge boot (fits a boogy board sideways) with nets for torches etc. Good family car with three full seat belts in back seat and central locking on key. Split back seat means you can carry long objects such as a surf board/ironing board and still get two people in back belted up. Very efficient heater and ventilation system makes you warm/cool very quickly. Good sound from radio/cassette player. I would highly recommend this car and feel so confident in the reliability of Toyota cars that I'm going for the latest model later this year.
