Ferguson W7023U - good picture, good sound, pleasing appearance.
Bad Points
After 16 months the set packed up completely - I have found out that the manufacturers knew of this fault concerning a transformer and several components - but did nothing to recall the sets to rectify it - I would now be without a TV had I not been able to borrow one from a friend - Had I known that this fault existed then I would have purchased an alternative model
General Comments
I am very unimpressed by the performance of my Ferguson W7023U TV set and the time I have to wait (see bad points). Both my wife and I are pensioners, and due to poor health we are not able to go out much, and rely on TV for our entertainment.

My experience of this model is very similar to that of Mr. Poulton. We've had the set for 18 months and the picture has become unacceptably unsharp and has a tendency to switch itself off. Yes, it seems like good value on the face of it, but surely I'm entitled to expect the set to function for longer. Can anyone advise if this problem can be rectified easily. How do I contact Ferguson?
