DAMN HANDSOME PISTOL, FEELS GOOD WHEN HELD AND NICE WEIGHT

General Comments

Have read reviews about the Anics Skif A-3000 F1 CO2 Pistols from other purchasers. most seem good and praise the f1 for it's praisable qualities. rightly so, except i must have got a 'friday evening' model, you know when it's tip out time for a few jars at the local.. my model seemed flawed from the start with jamming of the mag after every few shots. don't get me wrong, i oiled the gun parts prior to use and used napier pellet lube with the bsa storm pellets used,it still jammed solid with absolutely no pursuation on my behalf to remedy the problem, and lo & behold, the hammer assembly has become allarmingly loose. i've packed it up and sent it back to the supplier and am currently awaiting a new model to be delivered, hopefully this one will scrub out any doubts i have about this model. seems a few of you guy's have experienced this annoying problem. i need faith.. anyway, it's a fine looking gun if you want it for display purposes.. i don't!!!! ...

   Did you get your replacement and if so is there any improvement?
   I got one by mail order last week and it had to go straight back because of a leak in the chamber from the valve.
   So I am now wondering if I made a good choice, I\'ll see what happens when the replacement comes.
   Wish you luck with yours mate.

   hey buddy, recieved replacement and guess what? gas leaks,underpowered when the only time the screw held a gas seal and jamming AGAIN, this time in the barrell. now a very sick pistol due to being hurled at wall in frustration and anger.. silly me!, but I felt better afterwards. got to pay to have it fixed, then sell on ebay or somewhere. I wish you well with your replacement, i\'m however sick of anics.. regards mate, best of luck..

   can you take off the silencer and if yes, is there an ugly tube stickin way out? if there is an ugly tube , can you take it off and still shoot?
