forcasting, tech support, downloads, constant freeze ups, investment updates
This is a copy of a message I left quicken regarding their Intuit Quicken 2004 Premier Home and Business account software.
I am completely unhappy with this product!!!! The forcasting feature does not work correctly!!! I contacted online tech support about it, and they say I discovered a bug. At $100 for the home and business version, these simple functions should have NO bugs!!!
I am also experiencing problems in the investing accounts, but I refuse to pay nearly $2 a minute to have you tell me it is a bug, and there is nothing you all will do about it!!! Seriously now, should my computer freeze up, every time I click on the calendar, or attempt to update quotes/prices online?? I think not!!!!!
The store, where I bought this product, will not accept returns, so...I must wait four weeks AFTER you recieve this product to get a refund!!!!
Tell the truth!!! You DO NOT offer customer support!!!! What support you do offer is unhelpful, and expensive!!!
