well my friend, a 72 olds 4-4-2 is a great car for looking at and some dragging. but we live in a new age now. theres goddamn econoboxes that can beat you in the turns, now come on. true that car was a icon of history. but times have changed the ante has been upped. and its people like you that allow the myth that some car from almost 4 decades ago can compete w/ cars less than half its age. well its just not true. even if you modify it; it would take alot more money to just get to the level of a car like the crx siR, much less beat it. live in the world of today and you will find yourself in a very hard place. its cars like the crx siR that will become the camaro's and firebirds, challengers of our youth. just yours. they will always be important but the past is not the place to live. so grow up a little. oh by the way my cousins crx si(usdm) w/ a b16a and a turbo and it makes upwards of 550 hp w/ 17 lbs of boost. so chew on that.

Seriously i'm not dissing either side, but any car can beat any car. Just because one CRX has 550 horse dosn't mean anything, that takes major money when you can buy an old muscle car that has 500 horse stock opposed to about a hundred.
<br>Like an old hemi isn't gonna loose to a civic more than likely but a cutlass or something like that could easily get wasted buy a skyline. It just matters what kind of looks you like in a car thats all.

are you stuck in a time warp. i like american muscle cars like anybody else. but doesent mean i have to hate everthing else. if you are interested in bhp check out the british Tvr company it would put most american motors to shame!
