General Comments

Well I had my ups and downs with this being my first separtes purchase, where do i go ? yep Richer Sounds.

I purchased an ex demo A5 origanally for £89.95 Bargain!? with a pair of Mordaunt-short 902s for £149.95 got home wired it all up and the sound on these speakers was unbelevable to look at them you would'nt think much of them.

unfortunetly after about an hour bare in mind cambridge audio ad vise 36 hour for full quality to kick in with the volume at 9 o'clock the a5 decided to cut out... for good the a5 was dead. so i took it back expained and richer sounds, they know what customer care means he exchanged it for the Cambridge Audio A300 Integrated Amp at no extra cost!

Got home wired it up after about 5 days i could tell a difference i knows theres only a 5 watt more power diference than the a5 but you can tell i have a small 10 foot by 15 foot bedroom and its loud i dare'nt go past 2 o'clock with a speaker in each corner... its got good power 65 watt amp powering 2x mordaunt shorts at 100 watt each and some aiwa nsx at 50 watt each. I am going to purchase a power amp with a couple more 902's these have amazing bass!

overall its great! Ps highly recommended A300 and a pair of Mordunt shorts 902s

"no buzzing what so ever only when you turn it off and thats your ears"

Audioholic...the buzzing indicates your hearing is being permanently damaged and is cumulative.
