General Comments
Do not risk buying one of these Diamond Rio 800 portable MP3 players!! If you have a problem, you will be out of luck. Diamond takes at least 3 days to respond to any mail. The only phone they have there is pay by the minute support. Even though I bought mine new in the box, they refused to repair it, claiming that ebay auctions aren't covered. I only got to use it about 6 times before it broke the first time. They send me a refurbished unit which broke after about 5 more uses. I spent $220 on it, got 11 uses, and now will have to throw it in the trash can. How good is that?
Only a fool would buy from this company.
