Everything about this player is great! If you want quality then this is what to buy. You can fit an hour of good sounding music on this or even 180 minutes at 32 kbs. The backpacks have come down in price and soon the microdrive one will be out so you will hae 375 megs of space!

General Comments
I got this Diamond Rio 600 portable MP3 player for 80 bucks and took it home. When I first took it out of the package and hooked everytihng up it worked great. Windows XP auto reconzised it that instent. Then I could use windows media player to transfer music to it. This player gives you great battery life and quality for a great price and it's compadible with windows xp.
Go out and buy this one now.
