   Reply to Kony-uk. JUST ORDERED ONE OF THESE FROM AUCTION-WORLD TV. ON SKY FOR £90.00 + £7.00 P&P. WILL GIVE A REPORT ON IT SOON AS I HAVE GIVEN IT A TEST DRIVE!

   I ordered mine the 4 days ago for £80 + 7 P&P from the same place... I cannot wait to try it out and see if it will run my vcds I made

   Having applied the firmware upgrade from Auction -world.tv. I now have no dvd player with the upgrade disc firmly locked inside the player. Any ideas on how to retrieve the disc and get the player up and running?

   Contact them on 0870 2404243, they will arrange to pickup the DVD player and flash it for you, the flash can take upto 1 hour to do and its gone wrong and you have cleared the OS the number is the direct one for Tredex

   Hi, I have also just purchased a tredex 3050e and am very pleased with it. I paid £75 + postage. Can anyone help me please as I need to get hold of the firmware for this player. I would appreciate any help. Thanks. David.

   The Tredex 3050e will not play VCDs and Tredex do not send out the upgrade file now as it can completely screw up the player. I bought mine months ago from Auction World and wasn't in a huge hurry to do the VCD upgrade, as I didn't have any VCDs. Now I would like to, I'm rather annoyed - considering back when I purchased it, the channel was claiming that it would play VCDs.
