General Comments

After reviewing the other comments on this tv set and despite the obvious problem with the traversing lines I still purchased this television and guess what, it had traversing lines. This was only on DVD play back though. I contacted Sony immediately after having excellant customer service from them before, yet again they have been well above expectations. Within a few days I had a call back saying the relevant part had been ordered and they'll be in touch shortly. 11/10 Customer Service

The sound from the standard tv set just needs to be a little more boomy.

Other than that so far so good and a defo right move on the purchase. You can get this television for £1250 and I wouldnt pay any more than this. My advise...wait for the FQ80 due soon...meant to be whoops!
