The best resort on the Island. No loud disco bars or gangs of youths. Plenty of bars though, and restaurants serving the best food I've had in Greece. Apartments are out of the village (10 min stroll). Far enough from lindos not to attract too many visitors. Beaches were very quiet and got quieter the further south on the Island you went.
10 minute stroll is along a road with no footpath. This road is decribed in the brochure as a small road, but it is the main road between Pefkos and Lardos. It's not very busy but the cars go very fast. Pefkos is a long way from Rhodes town and most of the other attractions.
Palm Bay in Pefkos, Rhodes, is an excellent resort which caters almost entirely for British holidaymakers. Hire a car to get to the varoius attractions on the island as the trips cost loads. The bus to Rhodes takes ages and you quite often have to stand for over an hour.
