Esure are useless when it comes to claiming if it's non fault. They will do nothing and under value your car.
A few tips, 1 demand a hire car, they won't offer it to you, you will have to remind them it is in their terms and conditions. 2 Don't waste time arguing with them, you pay them the money and they will try their best to get you to settle for less (commission?), they will have no concern for your interests. Speak to the insurers that have admitted liability, ignore the dummy from Esure. 3 do not listen to Esure, pay little or no attention to any calls. 4 resolve claim and do not use again.
