Good Points
Ease of use, simple and intuitive much like ipods. Good range of features

Bad Points
Not very customisable. Some obvious functions missing e.g. sen a text to multiple recipients, attach more then one picture to an email.

General Comments
I have been happy with my apple iphone 3g until it broke when it was just 12 days old. I would have rated it 8 or 9 out of 10 if not for that. Currently being repaired.
